Now running as number 88 the team helped to celebrate the Hong Kong Automobile Association's 88th year by running their logo on the car (behind the front wheel).
A freshly rebuilt engine was installed before the weekend in Germany.
Our number one mechanic Karl Patman spent much of the weekend rebuilding gearboxes - first for our car and then refreshing the ones for the FIA GT cars which will race in Turkey later in the month.
As usual the team proved to be on the pace setting fifth fastest time in the free practice session and qualifying seventh in the 15-car GT2 class.

After the disappointing retirements from the first two races this season it was a relief to make it to the first pit stop without a drama.

Darryl's crash towards the end of the second stint meant a 25-minute delay but the car returned to the track and finally finished eighth in class - scoring the first point in the LMES for the Hong Kong team.
